Business Analyst / Project manager THIS IS A REMOTE JOB

• 10+ years experience is required
• Document current and future state business workflow.
• Develop business functional and non-functional requirements.
• Configure software as required to support business needs, and provide technical support in the maintenance or enhancements of systems.
• Create software user guides and other supporting documentation as required.
• Provide user support and training on any new applications or new functionality.
• Provide incident support and communicate software issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• 6+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• 6+ years of Project Management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to present and document high quality, detailed deliverables.
• Advanced skill level knowledge in using Visio to develop workflows and wireframes.
• Ability to focus on results to meet multiple deliverables and critical deadlines.
