Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.Rate: $13-$15/hr
Requirements of the Help Desk Support Specialist: - High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience; or,Associate's and 1 year of experience
- Experience with desktop/network support, IT concepts, and help desk software
- Proficiency in Windows, Office, VPN/remote access, and anti-virus software
- Customer service orientation with clear and effective communication skills
