Project Manager - Agile/Scrum, MS-Project, MS-Teams, JIRA

Job Description: SMCI is seeking a Sr. Program Leader to work directly with the leadership team, and must understand business and information system process development, analysis, creation and process mapping reengineering activities. Strong process analysis and analytical background is helpful as well. Will be the Director of IS direct partner, aligned together and co-create and manage the strategy, messaging, planning, communication, and timing of all activities and tasks for multiple teams while partnering directly with the Director of IS.

Program Manager will stand up quick win teams consisting of:
1. Team for end-to-end process analysis
2. Team for process automation
3. Team leveraging tools from a self-service basis.

Program Lead will determine how will the teams track activities, identify, and manage impediments, issues, risks, identify and manage all dependencies all within an automation mindset, and from a simplification point of view.
Program Manager will need to understand the concepts behind the technical solutions that will be used to simplify and automate processes. Technical and functional knowledge of the technologies and their capabilities is needed to be successful in this role. Competent understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (MI) and Robotic Processing Automation (RPA) concepts is needed.

MUST HAVES Program Manager must have a pharma background. Amgen exp preferred, but it is only a nice to have. Strong Communicator. Collaborator. Driver. Follow-up. Big Picture. Strategist. Planner. Flexible, and understands why the need to be flexible as this is a very fluid initiative and is just starting. Need experience in initiating large technical programs in large organizations.
