Currently seeking a Purchasing and Inventory Manager located in Folsom CA. The role includes managing purchases, finances, inventory and shipping/receiving of equipment. Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory of drives in use for testing
  • Perform audits on capital equipment
  • Work with finance department to process PO's for engineering equipment
  • Purchase related items with company card, as requested
  • Receive packages and distribute to recipient
  • Ship packages domestic and international
  • Act as back-up for the administrative assistant, as needed
  • Other light office type work, as needed
Qualifications
  • Strong PC skills
  • Atlassian Jira experience a plus
  • Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office products
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Self-motivated
  • BS / AS degree in any field, a plus
