Stanfield Systems, Inc. is seeking both full-time and part-time FTE candidates for an existing State of California project.

Mandatory Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three (3) years of FTE experience, within the past five (5) years, providing IV&V services to federal, state, and/or local government entities by performing a combination of one (1) or more of the following tasks:
    • Observing and assessing tools, artifacts, and activities relating to design, development, coding, testing, databases, and project management;
    • Assessment of business, technical, and enterprise architecture artifacts, tools, and environments;
    • Developing IV&V monthly status and task reports; and
    • Performing traceability matrix analysis.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of FTE experience, within the past six (6) years, working on IT projects utilizing Agile software development methodologies based on the principles of user-centered design.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of FTE experience, within the last five (5) years, working as an IV&V Lead on a large-scale IT software development project. Large-scale IT project is defined as a project with at least one thousand (1,000) system end users and a total one-time cost of at least ten (10) million dollars.
  • A Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
  • A current Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • A minimum of two (2) years’ FTE experience within the last five (5) years of demonstrated experience applying oversight or IV&V services on a California state department IT Project, which had overlapping activities supporting operations of the implemented solution while simultaneously designing, building, and testing additional components or features of the system to be implemented in future rollouts.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of FTE experience, within the last seven (7) years providing oversight, IV&V, or Project Management services on an IT project implementation with FedRAMP requirements.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of FTE experience, within the past seven (7) years, working in an oversight or IV&V capacity on an IT project implementing a cloud-based solution.
  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • A current (V3) Information Technology Infrastructure Library ITIL certification.
  • A Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification.
  • A current Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification.
