As a Business Analyst at UWM, you will work alongside the application development team, interact with stakeholders and contribute on technology projects that benefit all areas of the company.   • Provide first point of contact resolution for requests or technical changes
  • Ensuring business needs are satisfied within a given technical solution
  • Creating diagrams and models to provide additional clarity
  • Work closely with other members of Information Technology Department to assist with project implementations and other tasks as requested
  • Gather requirements and provide testing support
  • Assist with defect and project management
  • Suggest new processes that will help streamline development
  • Document reoccurring processes
  • Communicate complex technical issues and solutions in a clear, simple and understandable way
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Required:
  • 2+ Years of experience in Information Technology incident management, requirements gathering and creating documentation
  • Experience in effectively communicating with all levels of internal leadership
  • Ability to work collaboratively on a team in a fast paced environment
  • Effective communication both verbally and non-verbally and strong technical skills
  • Ability to manage tasks and deliverables effectively
  • Work with a diverse group of stakeholders including executives, leaders, direct reports, and subject matter experts
  • Experience with a Software Development Life-cycle
  • Ability to multitask and adapt
  • BS or BA degree in business, marketing, communications or computer science, or equivalent experience
  • On-site, full-time attendance

Preferred:
  • 3-5 Years Support, Product and/or Project Management experience
  • Mortgage and/or Financial Services industry experience
