Cook

Line Cook for am and pm shifts. Line includes 5' flat grill, charbroiler, and 2 fryers. Must be able to cook multiple tickets at once and remain calm and focused during rushes. Experience highly preferred.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Job Duties:

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Uniform:

• Sleeveless shirts/tank tops not allowed
