Field Service Manager & Scheduling

Can you do it all and then some? Can you prove it? We have some Big Shoes to fill!

We will train you on how to do it our way, but you will need to have strong experience scheduling and supervising. As a Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and successful management of productivity for our commercial cleaning company. Must be coachable, be a team player, and have great problem-solving skills!

Job duties will include:

Scheduling and overseeing crews of 40+ cleaners on all shifts.

Ensuring successful operations for all of our Central Florida locations.

Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees.

Keep track of supplies and inventory.

Assist in maintaining supplies for builders.

Build and maintain relationships with General Sales Managers, sales associates, and builders.

Assisting with payroll questions.

You MUST be available to answer any emergency calls after hours from your employees in a timely manner.

You will not be bored!
