Automotive Service Manager

We are looking to grow our already outstanding sales team. Honest-1 Auto Care Orlando is looking for an Experienced Professional Automotive Service Manager, who not only can lead by example, but is also a team member who supports the employees. A Manager takes on many different roles as they manage the daily business operations. Duties such as Generating Sales, Managing Mechanics/ Service Advisors, building relationships with customers and vendors are all part of daily responsibilities.

Position Responsibilities:

Manage customer relationships, building and maintaining customer loyalty

Managing mechanic and service advisor workflow

Maintain positive team building practices

Manage Vendor relationships

Ensure work order dispatching achieves optimal productivity/profitability

Control employee schedule for optimum productivity

Reinforce our strong integrity values with technicians

Maintain high standards in all business practices

Ordering parts and Inventory

Open/ Close shop

Deliver the highest level of customer service and quality control over all aspect of the business, operations and completed work along with customer follow up.

Requirements:

2 years college preferred

2 years of service advisor or service writer experience.

3 years of Service Manager experience in an automotive repair shop.

Strong commitment to customer service and relationship building

Ability to communicate verbally and written on a very high level

Honest, Reliable, Team goal oriented, and Motivated to provide the highest quality customer service

Excellent closing skills

Driver’s License with clean record

Benefits:

Competitive compensation based on experience, potential earnings between 50,000- 70,000 for the right person.

Shop Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Saturday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
