Peoples First Insurance is looking to hire an experienced and professional Receptionist! Our ideal candidate will have outstanding customer service skills, a friendly and welcoming demeanor, and exceptional communication ability. You must have strong computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office programs. This is a full-time employee position, eligible for benefits.

As the Receptionist, the primary duties are to answer inbound calls, greet guests and perform administrative tasks for the agency. This position requires direct interaction with customers and the various employees of the agency. The Receptionist will be responsible for knowing the agency departments and where to direct calls and guests. The Receptionist must be positive, helpful, and know how to listen and clearly communicate with customers and co-workers (both written and verbal). A current 4-40 license as preferred, however, with the right experience we are willing to allow the candidate to obtain the license within 90 days of employment.

Requirements:

High School Diploma

2-3 years’ experience as a Receptionist in a professional office

Operate a multi-line switch board

4-40 License, or able to obtain within 90 days of hire
