We are a fast paced Real Estate Company in Pensacola Florida. Owner / Broker is seeking an administrative assistant to help with the daily office operations. A current or former agent with a FL real estate license and administrative experience would be an ideal candidate, but not required.
Responsibilities:
Assist broker with activities related to running the daily operations
Communicate and assist real estate agents with questions and property listings
Answer emails and other business correspondence as well as working on special projects
Data input into real estate portals
Skills and/or Knowledge Requirements:
Computer savvy, with strong knowledge of MS Office products
Strong verbal communications skills, especially over the phone
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
Ability to solve problems and work independently
Team player dedicated to supporting the broker and the organization
REO experience is a plus
