We are currently seeking a Home Health Care RN/Administrator for small private home care agency in Venice, Florida. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years home health care experience in an office setting with management experience. This is a licensed Private Duty home care agency/ Non-Certified / No OASIS or Medicare.
Requirements:
Licensed Private Duty Home Care experience
Current RN Florida License
Computer skills (Soneto and MatrixCare)
Enjoy dealing with nursing staff, clients, their family members and case managers
Customer orientated a must
Level 2 background screening
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Consults with Patient Care Managers and medical staff to ensure patient needs are met
Responds appropriately as needed to customer service concerns regarding patient care
Implements and monitors clinical protocols, policies, and regulatory standards
Coordinates with appropriate staff to ensure quality care
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures
Perform direct patient care as needed.
