This position has the potential of becoming remote after 2 months of training. If interested, after 90 days, you will be eligible for full-time, which includes benefits.
Job Description
Receiving inbound calls
Placing outbound calls
Actively listening to the caller while taking accurate notes
Transferring calls
Scheduling appointments
Collect and qualify lead information
Process orders
Process payments
Take detailed notes and messages
Job Requirements
Ability to type 45+ words per minute
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Excellent grammar and spelling
Have an upbeat, enthusiastic, and friendly personality
Positive and upbeat personality
Fast thinker
Team player
A professional and clear speaking voice on the phone
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multi-task
Computer literate
Ability to follow instructions
Bilingual is a plus
You must have an energetic, positive, and friendly attitude
