We are seeking a Service Writer / Admin Assistant at our Diesel Repair Service Shop located in Midway, FL.
Requirements:
We are seeking someone experienced in detailed & organized data entry. Someone that is orderly, a perfectionist, and has great attention to detail.
Previous experience in repair shops as a service writer preferred.
Good people skills and phone etiquette are a must. Ability to work with all types of employees and customers.
Answer phones, dispatch calls & filing.
Must have Basic computer knowledge. Recent experience in QuickBooks a plus.
Prefers a clean & neat work area.
Someone ready and excited to work in a fast paced environment and works well under pressure.
Punctual work attendance is a must.
Full time position.
