Encrypted Adventures LLC provides a real-life escape room adventure for small groups. We are based on Clearwater Beach, FL. Our business model is simple provide a great environment for a group of friends, family, or coworkers to escape from the room before time runs out. This includes solving puzzles, cracking codes, finding hidden items, and more in order to escape. Our core values are do good get better have fun.

General Accountability:

Assist and Manage in a team of 3 plus employees

Ensures operations of entire facility is successful

Entertains our guest in a fun and interactive way

Communicates effectively with Escape Room Clearwater Beach Guest

Gives our guest the instructions and rules of the game

Gives hints to our guest as needed while participating in the escape room

Help Sell Merchandise

Proactively develops new marketing ideas.

Responsible for hitting sales goals

Records and maintains client preferences for future reference.

Relays customer feedback to the executive team.

The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Skills Needed:

Managerial Experience

Experience in amusement/haunted house/escape rooms preferred

Problem solver, Leader, Hard worker and motivated

Excellent oral and written communication skills, Active listening, Social perceptiveness, Time management, Critical Thinking
