Administrative Assistant Position Opportunity
Now seeking Administrative Assistant for commercial real estate firm. We specialize in sales and leasing of commercial property on the Treasure Coast. Hours of operation are Mon-Friday 9am-5pm (weekends closed). Training will be provided to the candidate that secures this job position. Overall requirement is 90% administrative work and 10% design skills required. Bilingual a plus but not required.
Administrative Manager Job Responsibilities:
Maintains administrative staff
Supervises clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and reports to Owner/ CEO
Answers calls, organizes meetings and book keeping.
Monitors and procures needed supplies for office, reception, mailroom, and kitchen.
Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
Manages all office business and marketing support, update listings, bailouts, emails, etc.
10% Design skills/ for flyer creation and property proposals
