Administrative Assistant/ Service Coordinator
Currently seeking immediate hire of a professional individual for a full time position at a large high paced service company with room to grow and expand.
The position requires a five (5) day work week, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
The successful candidate needs to posses:
Excellent Organization
Tasks will include billing, data entry, composing quotes, answering phones, dispatching service technicians
Candidate must posses excellent computer skills including all Microsoft office products including excel and word, Exp with Computer Ease accounting software a plus
As a Dispatcher, you will maintain the Service Techs daily schedules and dispatch the techs as service calls are needed. You will schedule return trips with customers when parts are in, maintain on-call schedule for Service Techs and the customer database with current information, while performing the following duties
Dispatch Service Techs, one call at a time
Debrief call with Service Techs as they are completed and update database from each service ticket
Schedule and coordinate all demand service calls as they are received
Create work orders for all service calls, maintain the dispatch board and filing system
Contact customers with "parts pending" status as parts are received for scheduling
Notify the Service Manager of any under or overbooking situations
Prepare paperwork for all manufacturer warranty parts
