We are adding Talented Line Cooks at Publico Kitchen & Tap Midtown

As the weather warms up and we begin to return to normal life, Publico Kitchen & Tap is adding new members to our team and we are seeking talented Line Cooks to accommodate our increased business the increased volume. We have a Latin/Asian inspired menu consisting of fresh, local, made from scratch menu items. We prep daily and cook to order. We run a full line and do no microwave cooking. We also have a great brunch. We are a growing regional restaurant company led by two industry veterans with both corporate and independent hospitality experience including companies such as Disney and Gaylord.
