We are looking for an on-call staff scheduler who will be available on weekends to answer calls, find coverage for staff absences, and fill shifts as needed. Quick-thinking creative problem solvers with a strong persuasive skills should apply.

Responsibilities

Carry the on-call phone and be available from Friday evening to Monday morning

Use our staff roster to find substitutes when staff call in sick or unavailable

Train substitute employees at unfamiliar shifts

Create a positive, professional relationship with participants and staff

Encourage and support direct care staff

Skills

Quick thinking and positive attitude

Ability to maintain calm during stressful situations

Customer service / salesmanship

Excellent communication skills, with both digital and paper files

Experiencing serving the special needs population is a plus!
