Mitigation Technician

We are looking for individuals with a remediation or construction background with experience as

a Water Technician or similar skill. If you have a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed, we want

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Execute job tasks assigned in a timely manner within the scope of the project

- Demolition, cleaning, rebuilding of job sites

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

- Manage a labor force to execute the daily scope of work dealing with water remediation

- Communicate daily progress reports and other paperwork to management

- Efficient use of the application on phone to log notes, photos, and timecard

- Keep trucks and equipment clean and organized

- Maintain good relationship with clients

Requirements for this job are:

- This is a rotating on-call position

- 2 + years in the mitigation/reconstruction/remediation field preferred but not required

(Will train right individual)

- IICRC training and certifications preferred, but not required (Will send the right individual to

classes to get certified)

- Valid Driver’s License

- Able to pass a background check

- Able to pass a drug screening
