Customer Account Manager

KleenRite is looking for a a self-motivated and experienced Customer Account Manager for the Champaign, IL and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

Travel to service areas to represent KleenRite

Make in-person sales calls

Make outbound calls to current KleenRite Commercial Customers

Work with the management team and marketing consultant to support KleenRites goals

Maintain sales and marketing collateral to support lead nurturing

Communicate daily with management

Report daily/weekly on sales activities

Attend meetings, sales events, and training's to keep up on the latest company and industry developments

Identify opportunities to improve sales performance

Recommend improvements to boost performance

Monitor market conditions in relation to competitors and comparable industries

Develop and nurture strong relationships with commercial clients through phone, email and professional networking

Maintain and expand commercial clients accounts

Contribute to the development of sales objectives and key results

Deliver daily & weekly reports

On occasion you will be asked to help with Commercial & Residential inspections (this will require training)

Requirements:

Ability to adapt to change

Ability to manage multiple client accounts with professionalism

Maintain a professional company image at all times

MUST maintain a valid Driver's Licenses with satisfactory driving record

MUST pass a background check

One to Three years sales experience preferred

Strong interpersonal skills

Positive attitude

Computer, Ipad, Phone use competency

Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management

High energy level

Strong oral and written communication skills

Effective time management and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
