Line Cook

Centennial Crafted Beer + Eatery is a craft beer bar / restaurant in River North, featuring a food menu that complements our passion for beer.

We are seeking a motivated Line Cook who will play an important role in guest satisfaction and overall success of the restaurant.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years as a line cook in a high volume restaurant

- Able to work nights, weekends and holidays consistently

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a sense of urgency

- Able to stand continuously throughout an 8 hour shift

- Good attitude and team player

- Reliable

- Working knowledge of sanitation procedures

- Food Handler certification
