HIRING IMMEDIATELY SERVERS AND FOOD RUNNERS

We have a large patio that seats over 200 people. We need additional help this spring and summer.

A well qualified candidate will:

1. Have knowledge about CRAFT BEERS and serving or food running / busing experience.

2. Be familiar with POS systems

3. Be on time

4. Be able to handle a busy environment with a smile and has great customer service skills

5. Be a self-starter and a team player

6. Keep the space clean, remove garbage, bus quickly, keep bathrooms stocked and clean etc.

We're a small team with a large space to cover and teamwork is critical.

LINE COOK

Alulu Brewery and Pub is looking for a part-time line cook with the possibility of going full time this spring

We are a small kitchen that relies heavily on each individual to handle many aspects of kitchen duties.

You must have open availability after 3pm from Friday thru Sunday.

A well qualified candidate will have:

1) 1 year of line cook experience or basic cooking knowledge with the willingness to learn

2) Ability to multi-task and handle high pressure situations

3) Knowledge of basic food service sanitation

4) Ability to follow recipes and precise measurements

5) Knowledge of cooking stations including sauté, grill and fry

6) Basic knife skills

Your responsibilities will include

1) Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies

2) Preparing food for service

3) Maintaining a clean and sanitary work station

4) Ensure that food comes out high quality and in a timely fashion

5) Assumes responsibility for quality, food safety/sanitation and timeliness of products served

6) Closing and cleaning duties
