Represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest's stay. Determines a guest's reservation status and identifies how long the guest will stay. Helps guests complete registration cards and then assigns rooms, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Verifies the guest's method of payment and follows established credit-checking procedures. Places guest and room information in the appropriate front desk racks and communicates this information to the appropriate hotel personnel.

Audit, balance, post and report on the front desk to include but not limited to; room charges, phone calls, zero balance folios, corrections, adjustments, taxes, disputed charges, over/short figures, deposits, etc., to ensure accuracy and verify proper cash handling procedures are followed.

Prepare and input statistics for preparation of daily reports on an excel spreadsheet. Run night audit after insuring all revenues are in balance nightly. Perform the duties of a Front Desk Clerk. As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be responsible for providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
