Drywall finisher / Painter

S.F. Pauli Builders has served the greater Peoria and surrounding areas since 1977, providing high quality Commercial/Residential remodeling, additions, maintenance, and more.

We are seeking a skilled Lead Drywall Finisher / Painter. This is one position we are looking to fill. We ask that applicant has at least 5 years experience finishing drywall (flat, textured, knock-down, etc.). Applicant must also be able to professionally paint. You will be working by yourself and lead/train an assistant to work with you.

Pay range is $18.00 to $24.00 an hour and higher based on experience and skill set. Please see below for employment requirements and employment benefits.

S.F. Pauli Builders requires the following:

1. Able to follow timelines and complete scope of work.

2. Provide insight to support carpenters and subs on projects.

3. Basic tablet/computer skills.

4. Strong attention to detail.

5. Valid Driver's license (no exceptions!).

6. Be able to pass Background check (Corporate maintenance work).

7. No lifting or work restrictions.

8. Must have verifiable references.

9. Be "tooled" up with professional grade tools.
