Pauli Builders - Skilled Lead Carpenter Wanted

S.F. Pauli Builders has served the greater Peoria and surrounding areas since 1977, providing high quality Commercial/Residential remodeling, additions, maintenance, and more. We are seeking a skilled lead carpenter that has at least 5 years experience installing kitchens, bathrooms, and finish trim work. You will be leading small crews and working solo on some projects. We specialize in all areas of commercial and residential remodels, build-outs, additions, and so much more.

Pay range is $21.00 to $30.00 an hour and higher based on experience and skill set. Please see below for employment requirements and employment benefits.

S.F. Pauli Builders requires the following:

1. Able to follow timelines and complete scope of work.

2. Provide insight to support carpenters and subs on projects.

3. Basic tablet/computer skills.

4. Strong attention to detail.

5. Able to perform detailed finish and trim work (crown molding).

6. Valid Driver's license (no exceptions!).

7. Be able to pass Background check (Corporate maintenance work).

8. No lifting or work restrictions.

9. Must have verifiable references.

10. Be "tooled" up with professional grade tools.
