Yardwork & Light Cleaning Help Needed

Help needed with yardwork and light house cleaning. Ideal candidate is a licensed driver with their own transportation (ideally a truck or a car with a hitch so you can pull a small trailer). A riding mower and trailer can be provided if needed but better if you have your own. The work involves unoccupied properties requiring mows, light trimming and blowing porches and walkways, and taking photos of your work using your phone and an app we will provide. The work also involves going into these unoccupied houses and taking photos of interior. Most properties have been mown previously and on an every 2 week basis so are easy to do and probably will take about an hour or less per property. We pay $25 per property + gas reimbursement. We also have unoccupied properties that require light cleaning though not a detailed cleaning. These pay $75/each and normally take under 4 hours to complete. You don't have to be a professional cleaner to do these, instructions will be provided, this is easy work. Areas of work can vary from Michiana area to Southwestern Lower Michigan.
