In need of an experienced Executive Chef to manage 1 Sous chef, and 35 - 40 hourly union employees. Focus on food safety, quality and presentation. Be willing to coach Sous Chef and hourlys on the job in the moment as needed. Inventory and food cost knowledge a must . We are a boarding school and camp. During normal school year we serve 1000 meals per Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner in addition to catering opportunities. We double in size during the summer for 6 weeks, so large quantity batch cooking knowledge is a must. This is a year around job with plenty of opportunities for time off during school vacations.
