We are not a Mowing Company

No experience required, we offer paid training to obtain the required Indiana and Michigan License.

$500 Sign on bonus for licensed Pesticide operators/applicators new to our organization.

Hourly pay rate in addition to production bonuses for meeting goals. General responsibilities including providing lawn care services to residential and or commercial customers.

Work beside our experienced 10 year, 30 year and 40 year employees

Bilingual speaking applicants a plus

Responsibilities and Duties

Fertilization

Weed Control

Aeration

Seeding

Communicating with customers regarding lawn care services

Completion of daily route assignments

Enjoy working outdoors

Qualifications and Skills

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Valid Driver's License

Professional appearance

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Advanced problem solving skills and proven time management

Ability to work in a team environment

Willing to become certified to apply pesticides

Ability to lift or carry up to 50lbs

Able and willing to work in various weather conditions (8-10) hours per day

Previous sales or industry experience is an asset but not required
