Description:Our client is looking for an individual to join their Desktop Support team. This person would be joining a team and providing support for the over 900 (and growing) end users and there will even be times that this team has to support their end clients. This team handles all hardware and software support, Windows OS and Mac OS, Active Directory support and Office 365 and VPN for remote users. They are currently in the process of migrating over from SCCM to Intune so someone that has experience with one or the other is great. They do have a dedicated network and systems team, but if someone has previous experience supported a Windows (12-18) server environment, provided network support or worked with Cisco phones that would be a huge plus. Customer Service and professionalism is going to be very important for this role as this individual will be interfacing with end users, their clients as well as Executives on a daily basis.Skills:Windows 10, Active directory, Hardware, Mac, Office 365, Outlook, intune, sccm, server support, cisco phones, bmc remedy, vpnTop Skills Details:1) Widows 10/ Mac OS support 2) Active Directory (pw resets, account creation, user access, GPO's)3) SCCM/ Intune imaging (currently migrating to Intune)4) Office 365Additional Skills & Qualifications:They are looking for someone who is a go-getter, eager to learn and grow within the organization. They are willing to have someone join the team with the intention of them to move into a "technical lead" role or even the opportunity to move over to the infrastructure team.
