Job Description

Overview:Supports users in maintaining and monitoring the established Customer Relationship Management (CRM) framework which aims to improve end-user expectations and increase efficiency in the service fulfillment process. Aids management in the day-to-day administration of the CRM tool, and supports them to define, document, and implement CRM-related policies and procedures. Supports in planning, reviewing, and customizing the CRM application to meet the users' needs. Coordinates and participates in quality assurance and user acceptance testing for prioritized initiatives and projects. Assists in business process improvement activities that are identified via surveys, customer feedback, and other issues or concerns as they arise. Assists with reporting and metrics as they relate to customer service. Acts as product expert to align user goals with newly released or enhanced CRM features. Supports the creation and pre-deployment testing of workflow customization, report development, and training documentation to support the adoption of CRM, best practice, data management, and reporting. Coordinates the implementation of prioritized CRM initiatives, projects, marketing initiatives to end users, trains users on CRM applications, and provides ongoing support to CRM users.

Duties and Responsibilities:The CRM Specialist will report directly to the Customer Relationship Marketing Manager. This position will work cross-functionally with levels of sales management, marketing, and IT teams to execute on overall business objectives.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Manage Dynamics 365 and marketing technology including ClickDimensions which support both sales and marketing efforts
  • Provide support to sales operational functions including managing user set-up, dashboard and list view additions or revisions, territory management, etc.
  • Assess various options for optimizing and customizing the system to enhance user experience and adoption
  • Contribute to investigating problems, recommending alternatives, and implementing solutions by collaborating with the IT team
  • Become the product knowledge expert and assist with quality assurance testing
  • Assist with data stewardship by analyzing company data within Dynamics 365
  • Provide end user support if system issues should arise
  • Oversee the creation and updating of all Dynamics 365 training materials

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience with Dynamics 365 preferred
  • Previous experience with ClickDimensions is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills, dependability, multi-tasking, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively as part of team, but also complete individual work
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
  • Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to meet performance, productivity, and efficiency standards
