Customer Care Imaging Technicians provide high quality support to our customers and their tech teams for all of our imaging products. This includes supporting clients in bridging to our various third party imaging products, as well as installing and supporting our Dentiray products and the full suite of Apteryx imaging products. Technicians also escalate issues to the Development Department for bug review and feature enhancements. Imaging technicians are integral to the company achieving its overarching goal of achieving $3 million of MRR by 2025 by keeping our clients satisfied with our product and its support. Imaging Technicians reports to the Customer Service Support Manager.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES• Respond to IT helpdesk requests to ensure a timely and professional response and resolution.• Troubleshoot user's hardware and software problems in a timely manner.• Assist and instruct end users in software usage and computer-related work issues.• Evaluates "off the shelf" user's hardware/software for compatibility with existing systems and/or planned systems with minimal supervision and report findings.• Meet the department's established KPIs for answering Tickets, meeting service standards (SLAs) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) for requests to our Helpdesk• Document all actions in the ticketing system.• Connect with our dental customers, dentists, assistants, office managers and their IT resources remotely to deploy software and train clients on how to self-deploy products (Dentiray Capture/Dentiray Web, etc).• Support our clients with triage troubleshooting.• When required, escalate, coordinate and collaborate with dev teams and/or manufacturers.• Guide users through records corrections and user administration in Dentiray Web.• Assist with bridging into all other compatible softwares and provide support for our bridge.• Learn Denticon as it relates to imaging• Performs all other duties as assigned.Skills:Help desk, Support, Customer service, troubleshootingAdditional Skills & Qualifications:• 2 years PC/Windows troubleshooting; Technical certifications or higher education is a plus• Experience with Zoom and LogMeIn Rescue• High school diploma or equivalent• Friendly customer service skills• Good written and verbal communication Skills• Problem solving skills• Understanding of PC functions, PC admin functions, and windows based networking• Background in Imaging, clinical or photography is helpful• Must be a motivated self starter with willingness to collaborate and provide feedback • Digital organizational skills - Must be able to sort and navigate emails, notes, and Instant messagesExperience Level:Intermediate LevelAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
