Technical Project Manager

We are looking for a TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER who will support the Advanced Engineering and Enterprise Connectivity Team for our client in MI, you will be responsible for supporting an elite team dedicated to delivering innovative products and services for customers. This will involve developing short-term and long-term strategies and roadmaps to meet business goals while identifying risk scenarios and mitigation plans. If you have what it takes, call me at: JENNIFER GULANES Work closely with AE management to ensure overall development life cycle of the solution and manage complex projects Manage advanced connectivity Jira projects, identify and escalate technical, business roadblocks and ensure work is progressingCreate weekly and monthly tracking metrics for team initiatives Manage weekly scrum development process and ceremonies; write user stories, groom the backlog, and lead sprint planning , design reviews, etc.Lead standard project management deliverables capacity planning, migration plan, roadmap planning, project schedule, issues & action items log, meeting minutes, risks/contingencies and alternativesLead various administrative tasks as needed for team e.g. org charts, budgets, etc.Setup a Dashboard and Kanban board in Jira for managing/tracking status 3+ years direct project management experience in managing projects/programs in Jira (or equivalent platform).Experience using Jira issue & project tracking softwareUnderstanding of software development life cycle requiredWork closely with AE management to ensure overall development life cycle of the solution and manage complex projects, with many moving parts.Create weekly and monthly tracking metrics for over 40 team initiatives.Manage weekly scrum/agile development process and ceremonies, including but not limited to:Writing user stories, grooming the backlog, lead sprint planning, design reviews, etc.Lead standard project management deliverables capacity planning, migration plan, roadmap planning, project schedule, issues & action items log, meeting minutes, risks/contingencies and alternatives.Setup a Dashboard and Kanban board in Jira for managing/tracking statusAbility to adapt quickly to a changing environment and priorities.Proven working experience in project managementExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsLead various administrative tasks as needed for team e.g. org charts, team budgets, purchase orders, etc.Must have a Bachelor's degree in related field, PM certificate and/or training preferred.
