- Windows 7 and Windows 10 Operating systems Support
- Good Knowledge on RedHat Linux
- Knowledge on Active Directory and Networking
- Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft SCCM
- Hands-on Experience in PC and Workstation Hardware support - Preferably on Dell and HP models
- Preferably ITIL foundation Certified, RedHat Certified System Administrator and CompTIA A+ certified
