  • Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role
  • Windows 7 and Windows 10 Operating systems Support
  • Good Knowledge on RedHat Linux
  • Knowledge on Active Directory and Networking
  • Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft SCCM
  • Hands-on Experience in PC and Workstation Hardware support - Preferably on Dell and HP models
  • Preferably ITIL foundation Certified, RedHat Certified System Administrator and CompTIA A+ certified
  • Strong logical and analytical thinker
  • Embody customer service excellence
  • Able to find root causes of problems and quickly determine efficient solutions
  • Exhibits poise and focus under high-stress
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic to solve problems and get things done
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude
