Description: Sr Engineer or Sr Architect Where is the work to be performed? (Please list preferred Client facility, if other please specify i.e. remote work, rural, etc.) Preferred MN (Eden Prairie) NJ (Baskin Ridge ok) What does the team make-up look like how many members and what is the break-down of the team's skill sets (ex: 1 PM, 4 Developers, etc.)? Team consist of 3-4 development Scrum Teams. Could "stick" to one for a specific delivery but will provide solutioning efforts for all of Dental. What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis) This position is for a role on the Specialty Benefits Delivery Team, specifically within the Dental Ecosystem. The position is for a cross talented individual with responsibilities in systems Analysis, Solutioning, Design and Delivery. The candidate will work in a team and will focus on bridging business and technical delivery. Strong people and communication skills are required. Scrum and general knowledge of Release and Solution Train. Writing and grooming Capabilities, Features and User Stories.
