Job Description As a Lead Project Manager you will provide day-to-day management of projects including risk management, stakeholder communications, and interdependencies between projects and programs. You will be responsible for managing complex/large-scale project implementations, overcome project barriers, obtain requirements, evaluate and determine objectives, goals, and scope of multiple complex projects. You will network across organizations and multiple lines of business and regions to drive initiatives, strategies, issue resolutions, and alignment. As a member of this team, you will create, monitor and provide ongoing communication to appropriate stakeholders as well as provide counsel, coaching, and facilitation on the effectiveness of a team growing their capabilities for organizing, managing, and making decisions. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying risk areas and recommend alternate strategies to leadership that address concerns, manage interdependencies or dependencies between projects or programs as well as manage project process documentation.Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Care, Marketing, Communications or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 6 years of Project management work experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI)
  • Healthcare IT project management experience and working knowledge of hospital and clinic departmental workflows
  • Experience with Microsoft Project
  • Advanced knowledge of current IT and Healthcare technologies
