Our leading client in Charlotte is seeking a skilled Creative Content Manager to lead the development and implementation of internal digital training programs. Strong professional writing and project management experience along with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills will set you up to succeed in this role.Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Responsibilities of the Creative Content Manager:- Drive the development and implementation of internal digital education programs
- Overhaul existing training programs and develop and manage new and engaging training programs
- Leverage exceptional creative writing skills and manage a digital training team
- Drive content training programs from conception through delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- At least 7 years of experience in content writing and editing
- At least 7 years of project management experience
- Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and deliver projects on time
- Ability to utilize data and metrics to support assumptions and evaluate outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
