One of our top clients is seeking an IT Field Technician to support an internal North Carolina customer base covering Asheville westward. Role requires day travel and mileage will be reimbursed; no overnight travel required.Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Responsibilities of the IT Field Technician: - Provide technical troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Ensure internal customer satisfaction, reliable problem resolution, and adherence to SLAs
- Build strong relationships with internal customer base; effectively collaborate across IT groups
- Develop an understanding of internal customer operational and work processes
- Evaluate and integrate IT products and services into the business areas
- Act as local IT lead coordinator for projects
- Support project deployment plans
