- Design, manage, and improve our internal help center operations, analytics, and tools
- Optimize user experience, serving as a role model for high-quality customer service
- Drive global consistency across all areas of Tweep Support Center - content, support
- Continue customization and development of ticketing tool to fit business needs
- Manage the ticketing tool (salesforce) users, data, and security
- Drive content delivery projects aimed at scaling our help system through self-serve
- Develop Dashboards and Reports for the support functions
- Assist with the development and deployment of training and training materials
- Drive change management efforts
- Administer Salesforce and other tools used in Shared Services Operations
- 4+ years of business/technical analyst experience
- Motivated, high-performance individual with strong process and metrics focus and real
- Experience mapping and streamlining business processes
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and an ability to effectively
- Exposure to the support functions (HR, Finance, etc) of a fast-paced, public,
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience
- Salesforce Admin experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree required
