The ideal candidate will also possess the same passion for land development as we do! We are seeking a bright, positive, self-starting, dependable, and highly professional team player interested in continually learning and growing with the company.We are a development partner that provides solutions to our clients in the form of civil engineering, surveying, construction management, and entitlement services.   • Motivated to step into Project Manager role in the future. Depending on experience, skills, and performance.
  • Assist project manager in all projects including shopping centers, auto dealerships, gas stations, and QSR development.
  • Preparation of onsite private grading, storm drain, utility plans, earthwork estimates, and construction quantity estimates.
  • Process plans through respective agencies.
  • Client and project team communication and coordination.
  • Preparation of public street, storm drain, sewer, water street lighting, signing and striping improvement plans.
  • Conceptualizes the initial civil design approach for major phase of large land/site development, related projects, or has overall responsibility for the civil engineering work on an aforementioned type project of a larger scope.
  • Plans, schedules, conduct or coordinate civil engineering work.
  • Assist the design and ongoing progress of a project, including the coordination of the project with City, State, and County officials, and other outside agencies.
  • Resolves a variety of complex problems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering
  • CA PE preferred
  • Expert in AutoCad/ Civil 3D Preferred
  • Meet demanding deadlines
  • Excellent team player
  • 2-6 years experience in Land Development
