Jira Quality Engineer

Stefanini Group is looking for a Sr. Jira Quality Engineer for a globally recognized automotive company based in Michigan. Position Description: Senior JIRA Quality Engineer supporting Enterprise Connectivity products. Engage with cross functional Global teams to resolve quality issues through JIRA. Must be committed to fostering a solid one team approach, while having fun and creating high value for our client's customers! Main point of contact and team Lead for creating and maintaining Quality Jira project. Issues in the form of warranty, customer feedback, management lease, pilot, production or customer escalation. Develop and maintain JIRA Confluence automated reports for OTA, Customer, Product and Quality Department issues and overall Quality Issue Report for Executive Management weekly review Develop and maintain overall JIRA Quality Dashboard for entire department. Needs to showcase Quality's workload, cycle time, roadmap, source of issue, critical issues and quality metrics.Initiate JIRA project tickets to help the team drive Quality issues. Team lead for all Quality team JIRA project enhancements. Collaborate with internal Ford JIRA administrators for feature improvements Develop and maintain JIRA Reports on F01 Quality issues and overall Quality Issue Report for Executive Management weekly review Create WIKI dashboards for Department teams Present Quality perspective for critical Quality issues utilizing analytical data and benchmarks to Executive Management Skills Required:JIRA expert A passion for creating JIRA dashboards, issue tracking and scrum experience Keep a clear communication channel on daily work/activities with Direct Supervisor/Peers, while maintaining resilience to balance among daily/weekly new demands Experience Required:2+ years of experience in JIRA project creation and maintenance 2+ years of experience with translating Customer Issues into JIRA tickets Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas/findings to a cross functional team Education Required:Bachelor's Degree in engineering, Data Science or related scientific field
