Currently seeking a Purchasing and Inventory Manager located in Folsom CA. The role includes managing purchases, finances, inventory and shipping/receiving of equipment. Responsibilities
- Manage inventory of drives in use for testing
- Perform audits on capital equipment
- Work with finance department to process PO's for engineering equipment
- Purchase related items with company card, as requested
- Receive packages and distribute to recipient
- Ship packages domestic and international
- Act as back-up for the administrative assistant, as needed
- Other light office type work, as needed
- Strong PC skills
- Atlassian Jira experience a plus
- Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office products
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in an office environment
- Self-motivated
- BS / AS degree in any field, a plus
