SHIFT: 0-2 Months: Mon-Fri (8am to 5pm) // 3+ Months: Sunday (8am-5), Mon/Tue Wed (10am-7pm), Thur (8-5pm)Daily Responsibilities: Provide Help Desk (70%) and Desktop (30%) support Install and maintaining software and hardware Remote into client networks, using Solarwinds, installing networks, resolving email issues, and password resets Troubleshooting desktops and laptop Resolve and administer IP addresses Call client s vendors for warranty and troubleshooting issues Software / Technical Skills (need some or all): Must have a valid drivers licences and able to travel to various clients sites in Orange County 35% of the time. 2+ years exp providing Help Desk/Desktop Support, installing/maintaining and troubleshooting software and hardware Experience installing/maintaining MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook Setting up email accounts using Outlook and Outlook Express Worked with Antivirus programs: Symantec/Norton, McAfee, Trent Micro, Bit Defender and/or Panda In depth knowledge and usage of Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 8.1,10).
