SAP BW Business Systems Analyst

Only local candidates from California.As an SAP/BW Business Analyst in Procurement, Supply Chain, Site services at client, you will effectively translate business needs into Analytic capabilities.You are responsible for interacting with the business function to work out requirements for new reporting, enhancements or changes on SAP/BW back-end with SAC or Tableau front-ends. You do the requirement or gap analysis and contribute to the alternative assessments. You coordinate the delivery and operation of these enhancements and changes with our nearshore and offshore partners to ensure committed delivery and operations and keep the communication with the customer.You are ensuring the quality of the delivery through testing, which includes Integration testing, UAT test script preparation and UAT test planning and coordination including tester support. You are documenting the processes in the foreseen documentation & process management systems.Skills required:5 plus years of experience in Business Analysis and project management 3 plus years SAP BW Analytics experience in Procurement & Logistics area. Ability to effectively translate between Technology and Business aspects and in general capable of building bridges between people and organizationsStrong collaboration skills to interact with off-shore, near-shore and cloud providersVery strong verbal, written and presentation skillsExperience in SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau is a plus.
