Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of a Business Analyst in San Mateo, CA.Primary Responsibilities: Provide global oversight for the FinancialForce, Service Cloud, Gainsight and Play multiple roles - BSA, PM and Technical Expert Produce documentation including requirements, business process designs, and training materials Perform functional and technical duties including system configurations, test coordination, project, and release management as well as system integrator oversight Collaborate with cross functional as well as offshore teams to define the IT roadmap, prioritize projects and enhancement requests, analyze business benefits and/or operational efficiencies, map business processes and implement creative and effective solutions Facilitate integration and user testing including documentation of test scenarios and provide oversight of test execution for projects and production supportREQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 10+ years of BA experience, ideally in the high tech/software Industry, with primary focus in Sales & Marketing (open to candidates with less than 10+ years of experience) Experience in FinancialForce and Service Cloud is required Salesforce CRM and Oracle ERP experience is highly desired Business knowledge in software/high tech industry with business process and data mapping experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to influence and interact professionally with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization - management, peers, team members, vendors Proactive, well organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to project manage small to medium sized projects Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
