Someone who wants to run their own show and is able to take on that responsibility. We need someone who knows how to do the following:

- able to set up the perfect Barista station

-Make and create coffee drinks

-Use commercial Espresso machine and other equipment

- take orders, collect payment and handle cash

- work alone and be responsible, honest and trustworthy

- work clean and organized in small space
