We are looking for a punctual individual who has experience in personal Assistant service The administrative assistant will be expected to handle responsibilities in Automanager (inventory management system) and Quickbooks. Strong communication skills are necessary as duties will require communicating with banks, vendors, customers, and other staff members. This job is auto sales related, and knowledge about the sales process. The information is confidential and time-sensitive, so the process must be done with no errors. For that reason, we are looking for a precise and detail-oriented individual who can handle sensitive client information correctly.

Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED Equivalent (Required)

Office /Administrative experience (Minimum 3 years)

Familiarity and experience in the auto industry (Preferred 1 - 3 years)

Experienced and efficient using Quickbooks if Possible.

Proficient with standard office equipment; faxing, copying, and scanning documents; answering phones with multiple lines; using computers (Microsoft Office, etc.)

Responsibilities

Sending FedEx/UPS/standard mail daily.

Receiving parts, collecting invoices, and issuing checks.

Communicating with banks, finance companies, auctions, vendors, and other businesses.
