Training:

Qualifications:

· Ability to pass a background check and drug test

· High school diploma (or GED)

· EPA HCFC Certification

Required experience:

· A minimum of 2 years of HVAC Service Repair experience in residential service and sales

· Ability to work independently, maintain a “can do” attitude and be a team player

· Commitment to truly serving customers needs

· Effectively communicate issues, repairs, and recommendations to customers

· Attention to detail, demonstrate speed, accuracy in the completion of tasks
