an organized, professional, energetic part to full-time assistant.
Must have your own laptop, printer/scanner/copier, smartphone
Meet daily for assignments and can work from your home office
Log daily tasks completed
Be the interface between virtual assistant and me, assign tasks, and oversee
Assist with social media marketing and posting
Scan all documents, categorize, organize and upload to an online filing system
Scan all mail, categorize, organize bills in a spreadsheet
Organize all pictures of properties, categorize, and post online on social media platforms
Transaction Coordinator for all settlements, buying, and selling - licensed Realtor or title company experience a plus
General administrative daily tasks, handling of emails, follow up, materials, permitting processing, etc
Hours flexible, weekly salary to be decided.
