Local Construction Company is looking for a dependable, hardworking, self-motivated individual to work with our existing staff. Applicant must be detail oriented and able to prioritize and handle interruptions throughout the day.
This is a FULL TIME Office Manager position we are looking to fill ASAP.
The tasks are listed below:
Organize and input Accounts Payables, Credit Card Receipts
Create invoices and keep track of Accounts receivables
Process payroll
Year End Tax Preparation
Filing and organizing
Answering phone calls/company emails
Perform receptionist duties when needed
General office tasks
Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
Keep track of incoming leads, outgoing estimates and follow up
Schedule and plan meetings / appointments – send reminders
Monitor level of supplies
Position requires a candidate with experience in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and Quickbooks experience is a MUST.
